Dodol Keranjang Goreng tepung




 Ingredients:
  •  1 buah dodol keranjang
  • 2 siung bawang merah
  • 1siung bawang putih 
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1/2 cup terigu segitiga
  • sedikit garam dan merica
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
  • air sedikit.

caranya: potong dodol kotak kotak , campur bahan2 yang lain jadi satu, lalu celupkan potongan dodol , goreng sampai kekuningan...

Soto Lamongan

 Ingredients:
300 grams chicken
1500 ml of water to boil
1 cm galangal, smashed
2 cloves seeds
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
salt to taste
cooking oil
     Spices:
    3 cloves garlic
    2 cm turmeric
    2 cm ginger
    1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
    1 1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
    4 candlenuts
      Complement:
      100 grams of bean sprouts
      50 grams of bean threads, soak
      100 grams of white cabbage, finely sliced
      2 boiled eggs, halved
      1 tablespoon fried garlic
      lime
      Sweet soy sauce
        Method:
        1. Boil chicken with ginger, cloves, lemongrass, and salt.
        2. Meanwhile, for ground spices, then saute until fragrant, put in chicken stew.
        3. Remove the chicken then slice into small pieces. Set aside.
        4. Arrange in a bowl, bean sprouts, Soun, white cabbage, chicken, boiled eggs, and pour the gravy.
        5. Complete with chili sauce, soy sauce, and sprinkle with fried garlic.

        Macaroni Schotel

         Ingredients:
        1. 1 onion  sliced
        2. 250 gr macaroni, boiled until tender, drained, set aside
        3. 100 smoked Ham
        4. 2 cups fresh milk
        5. 5 eggs, beaten
        6. salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg to taste
        7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
        8. addiotional shredded cheese for topping

        Direction :
        • preheat the oven to 180 C (375 F)
        • in a big pan heat 2 tbsp margarine , saute the  onion until fragrance
        • add smoked ham , stirring until  is cooked
        • add milk, salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, flour, macaroni, stirring well.
        • heat off, add cheese, egg, stir well
        • transfer the macaroni into the buttered baking dish, topped with shredded cheese
        • bake for 45 min

        Bakmoy

         

         Bahan-bahan

        Bakmoy:
        • 500 gr Babi cincang. ( Bisa diganti dengan Ayam)
        • 1 liter air
        • 250 gram udang, kupas
        • 2 buah tahu putih, potong bentuk dadu, goreng setengah matang
        • 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
        • 2 sendok makan kecap ikan
        • 2 sendok makan kecap manis
        • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
        • 2 batang seledri, iris halus
        • 1 sendok teh garam
        • 1 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
        • 125 cc kaldu ayam
        Kuah ayam:
        • 750 cc kaldu ayam
        • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
        • 1 sendok teh garam
        • 1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
        Sambal kecap:
        • 10 buah cabai rawit
        • 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
        • 100 cc kecap manis

        Cara membuat

        Bakmoy: didihkan air, pakai tulang2 Ayam untuk Kaldu atau gunakan kaldu ayam untuk memasak kuah ayam.

        Tumis bawang putih sampai kuning, lalu masukkan daging babi, udang, dan tahu goreng, aduk rata.

        Masukkan kecap ikan, kecap manis, merica bubuk, dan garam, aduk rata, lalu tambahkan kaldu ayam, aduk rata, masak sampai kuah habis.

        Masukkan daun seledri, aduk rata, angkat dari api, lalu taburi dengan bawang merah goreng waktu menghidangkan.

        Kuah ayam: didihkan kaldu ayam, lalu masukkan merica bubuk dan garam, aduk rata, angkat dari api, taburi dengan daun bawang.

        Sambal kecap: tumis cabai rawit dan bawang putih sebentar, angkat, tiriskan, haluskan, lalu tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata.

        Cheese chiffon cake

         Ingredients:
        110g egg whites
        55g caster sugar
        5g corn flour

        40g egg yolks
        36g water
        36g vegetable oil or olive oil
        50g plain flour
        24g cheese powder
        40g cheddar cheese


        Directions:
        1. Cut the cheddar cheese in small cubes and leave aside.
        2. For the chiffon cake, mix all the egg yolks mixture except flour. When everything well combined then gradually add in sifted flour and cheese powder. Mix everything well combine and no lumps left. The mixture would be very thick and and smooth.
        3. Beat the egg whites in a clean large bowl until peak foam. Gradually add in sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Then finally add in corn flour. Make sure the corn flour mix well in the egg mixture. The egg whites mixture should be peak foam, smooth and shiny.
        4. Gently fold in 1/3 of the egg whites mixture into the egg yolks mixture. When everything well combine then gently fold in the 1/2 of the remaining egg whites mixture. Lastly, fold in the remaining egg whites mixture.
        5. Fold in the cheese cubes then pour the well mix mixture into a 17cm chiffon cake tin and bake at a 160'C preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. After baked, let the baked cake turn upside down for cooling.

        juice buah Naga

         Ingredients:

        1 Red Dragon Fruit
        1 Red Guava
        1 cup Strawberries
        1/ cup sugar
        1 cup ice cubes
        1 cup water

        Mix all ingredients with Juicer..then serve cold..

        Sate Babi Manis


        Ingredients:
        1 kg babi (paha + lemak sedikit)
        100 gr kemiri
        1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
        1 cm lengkuas, diparut
        10 bawang merah
        5 siung bawang putih
        3 jeruk limo
        1 sdt asam, diairkan secukupnya
        100 gr Gula merah
        50 gr Gula putih
        2 sdt Garam
        6 sdm Kecap
        Micin sedikit
        Directions:
        1. Daging dipotong tipis-tipis panjang.
        2. Haluskan semua bumbu, campurkan ke dalam daging yang sudah dipotong. Aduk rata. Diamkan kurang lebih 1 jam di kulkas (boleh semalaman).
        3. Tusukan daging pada tusukan sate.
        4. Panggang sampai matang.
