Bolu Sakura (Caramel)

Teringat waktu kecil aku suka sekali  makan  bolu Sakura..., tiba2 jadi ingin sekali makan bolu sakura...,
bahan di dapur ternyata komplit juga...Tapi..., nggak punya cetakannya...shhh...., gimana ya..., pengen banget..., well.., buat pakai loyang besar aja d..., yang penting kesampaian makan bolu sakura..:))


Bahan :
4 butir telur

125 gram gula pasir
1 sendok teh emulsifier
150 gram tepung terigu
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
1/4 sendok teh soda kue

Bahan Karamel :

50 gram gula pasir
40 gram margarin dilelehkan
75 ml air hangat
3 sendok makan susu kental manis putih

Cara Membuat :
1. Karamel : gosongkan gula pasir kemudian tuang air hangat. aduk-aduk sampai gula larut. dinginkan.
2. tambahkan margarin yang sudah dilelehkan dan susu kental manis putih. aduk rata.
3. kocok gula, telur, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang. tambahkan tepung terigu, baking powder, dan soda kue sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
4. masukkan karamel sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
5. tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan sakura sampai 3/4 cetakan saja.
6. kukus 20 menit dengan api sedang sampai matang.

Kimbab shushi roll


  • 4 cups bap (cooked rice),
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed sheet,)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 carrot,(shredded)
  • 4 long pieces zucchini
  • 4 oz beef, or spam  , 8 heads spinach

How to make it

  • to marinade beef mix 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp minced garlic,sesame seeds, pepper
  • vinegar sauce: 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • Eggs - mix, add salt, make a pancake, slice 1/2 inch width.
  • Carrot - thin julienne, saute in a pan with salt.
  • Beef - marinade for 5 minutes, sauté in a pan.
  • Spinach - Cut heads, blanch, add tiny bit of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Cool rice slightly.
  • Add vinegar sauce, mix well.
  • On a bamboo stick roller, put  nori.
  • Add rice on 2/3 of nori
  • Put each ingredients.
  • Roll carefully.
  • Spread sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • With sharp knife, slice 1/2 inch thick.

Nasi Tim Ayam

500 gr chicken breast, cut in small squares, boil.
3 cloves  garlic, grind  
200 gr mushroom: shitake & button  
2 cm ginger
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs soy sauce1 tbs oyster sauce

1 Sautee garlic. Add ginger, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, & oyster sauce. 
2.Add chicken & mushroom, about ½ cup of liquid from chicken stock. Cook until water is absorbed.

Rice:1.Sautee garlic, add in soy sauce and the liquid from chicken stock.
         2.Add in rice, stir evenly. 
         3. cook rice with rice cooker until done . 

Serving:1.  In a small bowl, add in the chicken and mushroom, topped with rice. (steam for another      10 minutes.)
              2. Flip the bowl onto a plate ,  and it’s ready to be eaten warm. 

Donat Kentang/ Potato Donut


  • 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm buttermilk (110° to 115°)
  • 1-1/2 cups warm mashed potatoes (without added milk and butter)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups sugar, divided
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • Oil for deep-fat frying


  • In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm buttermilk. Add the potatoes, eggs and butter. Add 2 cups sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt,  and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Do not knead. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Turn onto a floured surface; divide into fourths. Roll each portion to 1/2-in. thickness. Cut with a floured 3-in. doughnut cutter.
  • In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry doughnuts, a few at a time, until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Combine remaining sugar ; roll doughnuts in sugar 0r dip in melted chocolate . Yield: about 2 dozen.
